How long will my repair take?
The average bumper bar or scratch repair will be completed between 1 and 4 hours. More extensive damage may take longer but should be completed same day.
Where will my vehicle be repaired?
We have a dedicated bespoke workshop at Unit 7, 39 Access Cres, Coolum Beach. Your vehicle will be repaired undercover protected from the harsh Queensland elements in a perfect, dust-free environment. Our workshop is fully equipped with high-quality machinery and equipment that is necessary to achieve high-quality results, including paint booth, paint system and CNC diamond tip lathe.
Can I claim on my insurance?
With the majority of minor repairs costing less than $500, most customers are pleasantly surprised at the value Coolum Smash Repairs offer. When the repairs are more extensive, many customers still prefer to avoid making an insurance claim as they may risk losing a no-claims bonus or incurring increased premiums. Yes absolutely. If we need to keep your car overnight to carry out the necessary repairs, your vehicle will be locked safely away inside our unit and away from the harsh elements. Our gates are also locked, and we have the necessary insurance in case the unthinkable happens.
Do you have a mobile service?
No, we could not possibly achieve the same high-quality results in a mobile unit. Our dedicated workshop at Unit 7, 39 Access Cres, Coolum Beach, is fully equipped with the highest quality tools and machinery. We have a dedicated spray booth, ensuring repairs are carried out in the optimum environment away from the harsh conditions that are part of living in Queensland.
